I updated the help screen to list everybody in the AUTHORS file.  (I
also added an entry for myself to the AUTHORS file; hopefully this
doesn't constitute hubris....  I was the only one in the help screen but
not in the AUTHORS file.)

As per your suggestion, Richard should add himself to the AUTHORS file
and help screen in his next patch, if he hasn't already done so.
