As always, I forgot to announce that I tarred up the latest CVS image
(with the capture changes) and made them available for download at:

http://verdict.uthscsa.edu/gram/ethereal/ethereal-990406.tar.gz

There appears to be a bug when re-loading ("File | Reload" or Ctrl-R) a file
when you don't have a display-filter set. I'm not sure if I introduced the
bug or not, but I'll work on the fix.
