[Ethereal-dev] SMB NT dec desc, another patch

Hi list

another patch for packet-smb.c  this one adds more dissection to
NT security descriptors.
Now also ACL structures are dissected,
though one bitmask with booleans are yet not dissected.

I could not come up with very good true_false_strings for
the flags dissected so perhaps someone can fix them to contain
better texts.
