There's still more that got lost in the h.225 dissector and I haven't 
had a look at h.245 yet. I'd like to have a look at it at the weekend.

Anders, could you check in the changes you have for h.225 cnf file to 
support h.450. It is already in the current h225 dissector, but not in 
the cnf file.
