After looking a bit further, I still found no info. The file called
nos08.pdf at:

Has a _little_ information on Server Network Block, the protocol that
Lantastic uses, but not enough to decode anything. The doc mostly talks
about how to construct Network Control Blocks so that the NetBIOS routines
can then send out SNB packets. It shows nothing about the structure
of an SNB packet.
