I DL'd ethereal-setup-0.9.8.exe & WinPcap_2_3.exe yesterday. I installed
them on this XP PC. I couldn't get them to work initially until I found
in one of the FAQ's that you have to be logged in as an Administrator.
After logging in as Admin it worked fine.
